Mobile App Security & Deletion of Your Personal Data

On deletion of account in "uniPhi myStudy" app, user's account will be deactivated for 15days. After 15days, the account will be completely deleted. After the account is completely deleted, user cannot login to the same account and neither can they recover this account. A confirmation email will be sent before completely deleting account.

In case the user logs in to the same account within 15 days, the account will be verified where user will have to enter the one-time password sent to their registered email address. User can use the account after the account is verified.
